Nothing here either. I planned on not expecting anything due to needing to conserve finances, but a card or something would've been nice. I didn't even get a Happy Mother's Day today.

I always tell Matt that I don't expect a gift but I do want a card. That goes for Mother's Day, Birthday, and Anniversary!

Dh ran out and got Scrabble. I can never get dh to play word games with me but he said he was willing to so I made him go buy it. We played twice. He also got me a card. I think that's all he bought. But he and the kids made it a special day. I'm not as into gifts as I am actions.

i got a nice card from DH and another from jacob. jacob got me "shoes and sunglasses," which is what he kept telling DH every time he asked what to get mommy for mother's day. DH thought i must have prompted him, but it was news to me! so i got a cute pair of sandals and new sunglasses. plus DH got me 2 chunky necklaces (i wear necklaces to work almost every day). plus we went to the zoo yesterday which was a fun way to spend the afternoon!

I got some tomato plants, and some flowers. My big girls all made me cards. Teh best part was I got to sleep in AND I got to take a nap!!!! It was a great day.

i got to sleep in  and i went and bought myself flowers to plant and all the hard work that comes along with planting and making flower beds  what did i get myself in to ???  i'll post pics when i'm done tomorrow or so. clearing grass sucks is all i have to say!

I got flowers & cards from Allie & DH. Not as extravagant as past Mother's Days but we also weren't in the midst of buying a house either  I REALLY want to buy some maternity clothes though. DH has been such a stickler with money lately that I've been wearing the same darn clothes over & over. Luckily I can still fit into a lot pre-preg shirts, but not for much longer! I get that money has literally been pouring OUT of our account between home inspection, attorney, down payment, etc but my bump isn't gonna wait to grow either! We must have been crazy to do this all at once!

I got a trip to the nursery! Bought myself a few plants for outside, and DH had potted tulips and a card waiting for me when I got up. If only the 2 year old had received the memo that she was supposed to be good...

I didn't get a card, I didn't get to sleep in.. but I got to take a nap and we went to Olive Garden for dinner. DH was in a bad mood all day.

got a brighton purse & wallet from the ils. got $ from my parents. got cards from dh and the kids. abby made me a photo keychain at school which is my absolute fave gift. i also got sees chocolates, a sephora gc, a gap gc and my external hard drive fixed (which is what i reallly wanted most of all). dh and my dad watched the kids most of the time we were at my parents' for lunch so my mom and i had some downtime which was really nice.
dh also got up w/ joshie that a.m. abby crawled in bed w/ me...i didn't really sleep in, just lay there an extra few min. or so. i had bad insomnia the night prior so it took me a bit to get up.

DH and the girls got me cards and a new Keurig coffee maker...the one I have wanted for a long time now!!!
