Ok, I think we're gonna go with a stuffed animal. After thinking about it and all the points made, if this does take a while, the shirt will be too small on our LOs. I don't mind too big, but too small is just uncomfortable and we can't really figure out how long this is gonna take.

SO!!

If any of you have time, can you help me find a stuffed amimal? Nothing extremely large, I think something 12-14 inches would be plenty right?

What do you think?

I was looking for something "Sweet Pea" based, but if not anything cute you find would be awesome!!!!

Well there is a sweet pea doll (in a removable peapod) at Barnes and Noble, but it's kinda girly! Makes sense about the shirt, they grow SO fast!

I LOVE the last one Liza posted!

Maybe we could all suggest a few random animals and vote on one. Just another idea.

The 2nd one is the one at Barnes and Noble! I love it, but probably too girly. Love the last one!

We could do something small-- like a character TY beanie! They have sooo many different kinds, I'm sure we could find something gender neutral and that way it'd be cheaper to ship! But I'm good with whatever!

Amazon.com: ty characters Stuffed Animals

We actually just bought the yellow one from Snoopy... it's on sale for like 2 bucks at our BX right now! But I wanted to share a link to similar TY characters in case someone didn't know what I was suggesting!

If I understand correctly, we're doing a traveling toy thing in the PR. We're going to ship a toy around from one member to the next and snap a bunch of pictures to share of our LO playing with it!

I think Amanda asked if everyone had received theirs. You must have missed that thread. Contact her. I'm sure she knows who should have sent you the book and will get it straightened out.

oh Amanda has inquired and still no response (from my buddy) so I'm not expecting anything anymore. My faith in strangers from the internet has really declined....

This is a cute idea - the whole pass the pod notion and snap a few pics. We'd be game. I like that Manhattan pod guy too.

LOL. I don't know who my buddy is, I can only figure out who it is not. The mail system can definitely be to blame -- I know mine took two weeks to get from Canada to U.S.A..
