One of my friends just posted a link to this page, it talks about hip and pelvic pain during pregnancy, and that lecithin can help with it! I don't know if you plan on breastfeeding, but it also helps with clogged ducts and mastitis. I took it when Echo was younger, and I recommend buying capsules as the granules DO NOT taste good. Anyway... It's worth a try!

I took lecithin for mastitis and plugged ducts with Hugo.
Good luck!

Did you take the capsules, or the granules? I got the granules at first, but couldn't choke them down, no matter what I mixed them with!

I had really bad hip pain when I was pregnant, it acted up the worst when I would sit for any period of time. As long as I kept moving it was fine, but we all know that you can't move 24 hours a day!
