Just thought I would pop in and let everyone know that I had Katelyn Victoria on July 18th! I was induced as I have been with my other 2 pregnancies, but this time I wanted to go completely pain med free (I only had a Nubain shot with Sarah and recovered so much better without the epidural). I am proud to say that I was able to do the birth pain med free, even with high doses of pitocin going. I had to have cervidil overnight, the pitocin was started at 1am and then my water broke on its own at 6:25am. She was born at 8:53 am, and was my smallest baby at 8lbs 15oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She is absolutely perfect, has chubby cheeks, tiny narrow feet, and black hair. She looks so similar to what Sarah looked like at birth it is scary! Matter of fact, I sometimes call her Sarah on mistake. I have also been able to EBF with Katelyn which I am very proud of...just hoping it keeps up! I will post pics soon!
