yay me! my best friend asked if I wanted one and duh of course I do! this is my last baby and I want some girl time!

so we're gonna do it in the garden lounge at the spa where I work.... its sooooo beautiful back there.. there are chandeliers, humming birds, fountains... its tiny but perfect for 10-12 girls

heres a few pics from the website

the thing is... my best friend has no clue how to plan a shower sad to say, so she'll need my help which is of course fine, I like to help... and she has almost no money so I'll have to help on that end too... but it wont be over the top so shouldn't cost too much.

I'm trying to figure out a way for it to be more of a "pamper the mommy" shower... I don't need anything for baby so if someone were to bring a gift, I'd prefer comfty pj's for me or something, is there a tactful way to word that on the invite? I'm not registering.. I just want the vibe to be about girls getting together NOT like I'm just having a second baby shower.

I'm torn between these two themes
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...23104471091851 (this one is available yellow and gray too which I love)

or
PERSONALIZED HoneyBee Baby Shower Printable PDF by typewink
which is so cute too!

I thought it would be cute to set up a little station where the guests get to custom make their own hand cream since it will be at a spa, do you like this idea? I looked into it and its cheap... just need one gallon of non-scented hand cream, a few scent options and the pump bottles

any thoughts on non-cheesy, non-traditional baby shower games?

Love any thoughts you ladies have! thanks!

I would just do a 'pampering the mom' shower. I like the yellow and grey invites! I'm not big on games but maybe a bingo ish game? Or maybe some type of comparison guessing game about this pregnancy and your last?

I'm not even sure we'll do games at all now that I think about it... maybe a "vote on my names" thing...
