Hey I have been very busy and I know I missed some weeks. And this week i need everyone's help. First week alll alone with the kiddos.

Well tonight it tacos and beans

Beyond that I dont know. Maybe chili and bread.
Balsamic baked chicken and roasted cauliflower
I have a half gallon of cream I need to use so probably a pasta with cream sauce. Anyone have a good easy recipe?

4 pm and on tell around 9 is Baya's fussy time so dinners are easy and what do I have frozen right now tell we breach this faze. Luckily I froze about two weeks worth of dinners. And if I mix them with easy things like chili it should last me a while.

Sorry to hear you're fighting the good fight this week! Hope we can give you some inspiration!

Here's what we've got:

Sun: Chinese takeout style Orange Chicken w/ Broccoli and white rice; homemade crab rangoons
Mon: Chicken & Dumplings
Tues: Cornmeal crusted haddock and sweet potato chips
Wed: Various bruschettas- Tomato, Basil, Fresh mozz; Bean, Parmesan, Garlic spread; Artichoke & Salami
Thu: An experiment to recreate a meal I had over a decade ago in Scotland! They called it yorkshire pudding, but its more like what the Brits call a "roly poly" where I'll make a suet pastry dough and roll it up with some nice thing cooked beef. Serve with gravy and mixed veg. If that doesn't work, take out.
Fri: Chicken Alfredo over pasta with peas mixed in

Other things on my to make list include a roasted chicken followed by chicken meatball soup with the leftovers, clam chowder, savory crepes, broc cheese soup, loaded beef nachos, and something with Moroccan flair.

I have no clue this week! My guesses are chili and corn bread, some sort of chicken, shrimp and vodka sauce pasta, and of course date night. And tonight we are having a lovely and delicious frozen pizza because it is just the kids and I (again...I am really getting tired of DH being busy).
