O.M.G.

so what I've really wanted to get for adam is a kitchen... dh has been firmly against it... but really I'm getting angry that he's saying no, I mean why not? just because HE thinks its girly?? not fair... so I sent him a link to one that I was looking at and just asked him to be open minded... and he said YES!!! wooooooohooooooooooooooo! can't even wait to give it to Adam xmas morning!! (and my sil is getting him a shopping cart!!)

so now I need to find the perfect one, that is reasonably priced. Can you ladies give me some opinions? thanks... vote!

choice A
Amazon.com: Little Tikes Super Chef Kitchen: Toys & Games

choice B
this one is intriguing... something about the way it all looks and the price too..
Toy Kitchen : jcpenney=

choice C
Step2® LifeStyle Gourmet Caf Kitchen : jcpenney=

choice D
(I fear dh might think its too girly, maybe I can switch out the curtains to a boy color?)
Amazon.com: Kidkraft Suite Elite Kitchen: Toys & Games

choice E
Amazon.com: Step2 LifeStyle Modern Lines Kitchen: Toys & Games

choice F (price is so reasonable)
Amazon.com: American Plastic Toys Children's Kitchen Play Set: Toys & Games

please vote and give me opinions! thanks!

Payton got option C for her birthday and she loves it! The pot, pan and coffee pot all have special buttons on the bottoms. So when ou put them on the middle burner they make their correct sounds. Every morning she makes me coffee.

I like the wood ones or the hard plastic ones best. Since you only allow one choice I voted for D but I also like I think A and C. I am not a fan of the thinner plastic ones.

I voted D....that is the one we are getting for the kids for Christmas...it is already sitting out in the garage waiting to be put together...which doesn't look like it will be fun.

We looked at a lot of the kitchens and we decided we wanted a wood one over a plastic one. Do NOT get the last one...the plastic is super thin and I can see it getting cracked very easily.

I also like D, but I like wood ones AND it is the smaller version of what we got E.

Did you see the red kidcraft one?
Amazon.com: Red Retro Kitchen: Toys & Games
I think every mom of a boy I know has that one, lol!

I voted for D because we have another KidKraft kitchen and it is sturdy, fun, requires no batteries, and the customer service is great. We have this one and I always recommend it: http://www.amazon.com/KidKraft-53186...pd_sim_sbs_t_8

I do really like D, I worry about the price and looks of it (dh probably wont like it lol) and I should also mention that in the summer, I will probably put it in our backyard... the wood I'm not sure would do ok outside?

what do we think about this one? Amazon.com: Step 2 LifeStyle Comfort Kitchen: Sports & Outdoors

I found it on sears.com for $76

No, wood kitchens would definitely not do well outside.

Yeah, outside and those MDF kitchens are not going to work out so well! We have a Step 2 clubhouse that's been outside for 2 summers (and winters) now. Although it's mostly in the shade, I'd still stand by their quality as it still looks great.

I like this one the best. I couldn't get the pics of the kitchen on the JcPenny site to show. I voted for E, that would be my second choice.
