Mom to 4 beautiful kids! 3 on Earth and 1 in heaven. Our little girl, Matilda Hope had Down Syndrome. She was born with TMD, a disease that is like leukemia. She fought that and beat it. Then, she had liver failure. She beat that, too. On October 17, 2014 she had NEC, necrotizing enterocolitis. My baby went to Heaven on October 19, 2014. She lived exactly one month.
I have a physical planner with everything I need to get done and appointments and such. I also have specific times of the day that I try and get things done. I also have gotten rid of crap in my life (physical stuff) because less stuff equal a more organized and efficient me.

This Super Mom relies on Super Dad as an integral part of the operation! With him home on Mondays and half of Tuesday (with no work obligations) he gets a lot of chores done around the house- laundry, changing sheets, dishes.
I try to keep things on the calendar in the kitchen AND try to look at it every few days. I do certain tasks at the same time- groceries on weekend, bill first week of the month, etc.
And I think most importantly I don't actually try to be Super Mom! I plan some fun activities in now and again, don't stress about getting it all done or having fun/educational activities all the time, and let things slide. Working full time, I just don't have the time to get nuts about stuff and have to split my time to the best of my ability while still staying sane- sometimes that means foregoing chores or having to let James whine about playing alone while I get something necessary done.
I LOVE lists! I make lists about everything!!! I may not always, or rarely, follow them, but it helps me stay on track when I do look at them. I also like planning much more than executing, so making lists lets me do that!
I clean every day except for mon and tues bc those are dh's off days. I do laundry every day so i only have one load to do. I vacuum every day, sweep the kitchen floors after every meal and clean up the kitchen after every meal. Toys are picked up before moving onto activities etc. Beds are made daily. Bathroom is cleaned 1x a week, 2 if needed.
