Elise learned hos to climb out of her crib last night luckily we already had a twin set up in her room it took dh and I untill midnight to get her to stay in bed and go to sleep and she still woke at 7:30 I really hope tonight goes better
we put at doorknob thing on her door so she cant get out but I think itwas an hour of her trying to open it saying oh no its broken (we didn't just leave her we kept putting her back in bed)

I hope it gets easier for you soon.

I am not ready for Xander to be in a twin bed yet. He is my last baby and I am just not ready and really neither is he.

I hope she gets better for you! Liana has been in a twin for a while and some nights she goes right to sleep and other days it's almost 2 hours of putting her back.

I hope it gets better for you. Luckily Billy has not tried to climb out of his crib yet. I heard that transitioning to a bed can be very tough.

you're lucky that it took her this long to learn that trait. Catie started climbing out of her crib around 18-20 months. Kind of a shock to put her in the crib and then a couple minutes later find her walking out of her bedroom! We transferred the crib over to a bed shortly after she started this feat.

It just takes time, patience and consistency. Super Nanny has a great method that we used on Lucy. It took about 2-3 weeks and occasionally now she still tests us but over-all its good now.
