It's good. Just this weekend did we finally move our living room furniture in. We had my mom and sisters come into town for C's birthday and needed places for people to sit
All the drywall and other major renovations are done....for now (eventually, like over a few years, we'll tackle the master bathroom, and then the kitchen) We still have some trim that needs painting, but otherwise it's nearing an end and feeling more and more like "home". Now, to buy shelving for the closets so I can actually unpack a few boxes, and come up with a storage system for the boys toy room.
Bryce is still working a lot. Mostly 48 hour shifts, which means he's home every third day... It's hard, especially the second half, but we are *almost* getting used to it, like it's becoming somewhat "normal". Thankfully, we are not limited to one vehicle any more(!!). Friends of ours gave Bryce an old truck they had just sitting around. It needs some work to be up and running, but we think it'll be pretty simple. In the meantime, another friend from church is letting us borrow an extra car of theirs, so Bryce has been using that to commute back and forth to work, leaving me with our car! Sooooo nice!!
