Hello to everyone that's still here!
I was thinking about the board, since it's Levi's 3rd birthday today. It seems like so long ago, but at the same time I can't believe he's already three. There's officially no baby left in him.
Everything is going great here. Levi is a hilarious, active, smart, and stubborn little boy. Emphasis on active and stubborn. I'm excited for this age... two was really hard for me. I *think* I see the light at the end of the tunnel now that he's getting old enough to do crafts, has a little longer attention span, and is starting to be able to reason things a bit. He's definitely not an easy kid, but it makes me appreciate the times things are going smoothly. When he's happy, there's no greater feeling... I know I've really done something right.
For us personally, things are awesome. We bought a house 6 months ago on some land... our dream house really. After years of feeling like I was trying so hard, only to go backwards, everything just fell into place. It was the first house we looked at and was originally out of our budget by a long shot, but we got the house for the price we wanted. Since then we've gotten chickens, a dog, a garden, and, most of all, some peace now that we have space to spread out. I have space for my art studio, too, which I didn't think I'd get. We're moving forward here. I'm not sure things have ever gone so well in my life... I have trouble believing it's real.
Ezra will be 18 months tomorrow. He's the easiest kid ever (knock on wood). He's happy 99% of the time, an awesome sleeper, and talking up a storm. He already will say 5 word sentences, which is crazy to me, since Levi was still mainly signing at this point. He has bright blue eyes, like Levi, but has curly golden hair. It's really long, but I can't bear to cut it. Everyone thinks he's a girl .
Right now we're loving life, working hard, and making our house a homestead, so we're waiting a little bit for another baby. We'll see when it feels right, but right now I like things the way they are. Definitely having more kids though .
Hope everyone here is doing well! I don't know what I would've done without you all through out my pregnancy.
