I havefelttheback labor type pain in my lower back and that ispainful but tonight I have been getting terrible pain in my upper back. It feels really tight and uncomfortable no mater what I do. I triedlaying on each side even getting on all fours but the pain just seems to get really intnse and then ease up. It's kinda beforei have acontraction. I'm sur it's not labor because my contractions are so irregular. Hopefully some Tylenol and a warm shower will help! Anyone else had upper back pain?

It just seems to be getting worse! I Probably won't be getting too much sleep tonight. I'm sorry for complaining so much!

I took a warm bath and I just abut fell asleep while I was in there! I forgot how tired I am. It helper my back for a little bit but now that I'm trying to sleep it is hurting again of course! While I was in the bath I felt like my water was goi g to break because baby was moving so much!

I have been having upper back pain too, it's kind of pinch-y. It's been on my right side for weeks but also started on my left side for the past few days. It's really awful and annoying.
