Just wondering how all the pets are adjusting?? We have 2 pugs that were our 'babies' before the actual baby. For the most part, they ignore him. The older one (LuLu) was the one and only for about 4 years and she just looks at us like 'ok...first you brought that other dog home and now this!!' and our younger pug (Lola) keeps bringing her toys over and dropping them in his lap him just waiting for him to throw it. They are great with all my nephews so I know once Summitt is older, they'll be very excited to lick him to death but right now, they are kind of like, you can't do anything for me so we'll just pretend you don't exist. They are still soo spoiled I don't think they care too much!
Well, my pampered indoor cat of 4 years is now outdoors (but LOVES IT!)
He kept getting in all the babies things and I caught him getting ready to poop in his pack & play. Maybe when Kaden gets a little older, he can come back in.
Well as I am living with my parents so right now we have 5 Yorkies & 1 Old English Sheepdog and they have all adjusted very well with Kenzie. Most of them just ignore her besides Sassy that always wants to give Kenzie kisses lol. But all of our furkids have been around kids for a while as I have 3 nephews too.

I have 3 pugs, an english bulldog, and 2 cats. Needless to say they are all pretty used to us bringing new creatures home. They like to lay next to us when we hold the baby. They would prefer to lay on us when we hold the baby, but 70lbs bully vs 10lbs baby doesn't seem like a fair fight. They like to sniff the baby, especially her hair and her diaper. Other than that they pretty much ignore her. I'm sure they'll like her more once she starts dropping food.
Our female lab mix is very protective of him. She chases the cats away from him. Any chance she gets she is licking him, mostly his feet. Our male coonhound is interested in him, but doesn't really care. He likes to sniff him.
Both of them have quite jumping on us when we come home now that the baby is here. Not sure what they are thinking, but its a great change.
Our cats pretend he isn't there. My little one likes to climb into his lab while I am feeding him.

Our cat pretty much keeps her distance. Except last night.. he was sleeping in the pack and play and I caught her about to jump into it and I had to scare the daylights out of her so she knows that is not acceptable. She likes to nuzzle but becomes easily startled and scratches. I keep an eye on them both though and so far so good.
