Ahhhhhhhhhhh! Its been 6.5 months since i delivered my baby girl, but i havent lost any weight still... i was so frustrated last month due to all the weight gain and not being able to lose it...i was gaining weight every month instead of losing...but well then i started to change my eating habits...i started a more healthy eating plan consisting of fruits, lots of milk, yoghurt, and eating my meals with very less oil and avoiding white rice, bread and pastas. I'm also trying to include moderate exercise(i.e. walk for 20 mins) 5 times a week. Since the last 4 weeks i've been able to lose 6.6 pounds... i am taking it slow and trying to be steady.
Pre Pregnancy weight: 125
Delivery weight: 160
Goal weight: 120-125
Current weight: 152 (as of 1/11/10)

20th May, 2010 - 143 (why am i not losing weight anymore)
28th May, 2010 - (on a 7 day diet, will post results on 1st june after my diet ends)
1st June, 2010 - 141 (i'm so down i thought this 7 day diet was going to work...well it worked but it only made me lose 1 kg

20th June, 2010- 141 (again no improvement in weight loss but atleast not gaining anything)

20th Sep, 2010 - 138.6 (Havent done anything to lose weight in the past 1.5 month , Have to restart eating healthy and some exercise)
