Jocy has never been fond of any milk besides breastmilk. She drinks maybe two ounces of milk. She doesnt really like yogurts. She eats cheese everyday but I am worried about her calcium. I have tried giving her OJ with calcium but no go for her. She does eat 2 gummy multivitamins a day.
Have you tried the calcium gummies in addition to her gummy multivitamin? A little extra calcium couldn't hurt Abbey loves milk so we're the opposite, struggling with and worrying about iron!
Do hardly do any dairy. A little cheese every once in a while and E will eat a little plain yogurt. They do almond milk on oatmeal a couple times a week. I rarely give them a glass of almond milk to drink. I just make sure they are getting protein and calcium from other sources. IMO we don't need nearly as much dairy as most people get. We're the only mammal that drinks another animals milk. And the only one that drinks it past infancy. Almonds are really high in calcium, so you could try almond milk and almond butter.

Other sources of calcium are broccoli, seaweed (come on, I know you have some in your pantry) Oranges, beans, peas, peanuts, Kale, Spinach, blackstrap molasses and corn tortillas. Seriously though, the Japanese have a good thing going. They RARELY eat cheese and almost never drink milk. They do have these little yogurt drinks that are cool, but for the most part they get their calcium from the seaweed in their diet.
