offer a photoshoot in your house??? (or some other way to get people in your house lol)

I had a newborn shoot in my house this weekend that is the ONLY reason it's as clean as it is....

my next suggestion.....Go to a birthday party at a clean freak's house hahahah we went to a birthday party saturday and OMG their house was sooo clutter free....even their kids rooms were like a showroom.....It made me wanna come home and clean

In my case I am very motivated to keep things picked up, because I can't stand it otherwise. That part comes easy to me as I have very limited time at home, so I am used to quickly picking up this or that, and keeping things clean in that way. I love to organize things, etc.

As for actual cleaning, there are things I am motivated to do, and others not. But I also make it easy on myself in some ways by doing things like not wearing shoes in the house so the floors don't get all that dirty--which means cleaning less often. Something I don't do much is dusting....that is one chore that seems to not be worthwhile, as you dust one day and the dust comes back so quickly. I do it on occasion, don't get me wrong, but you won't catch me spending my limited free time dusting every week :-)
