I'm going bezerk!!!! I've taken 3 hpt's all negative, but now that I've done my homework I've realized it was waaaay too soon to test. I've had implantation bleeding since yesterday, I'm not sure how soon after it starts I can test positive. I bought some 1st Response tests today, probably going to try one in the morning. Just to see May still be too early.

Anyone know how early after you start implantation bleeding HCG will show in your system?

We weren't expecting...I'm on bc pills, but we would still be happy if we were so blessed. It appears I am most fertile this time of year (daughter born 1/13/95, son 1/12/99, misscarried due 1/10/03) and here this would be due date 1/5/10.

Here's to patient waiting!!!

I caved and tested already but just wanted to drop in and welcome you and wish you the best of luck next time you test!!!! It is still pretty early to get a BFP - I didn't get mine until 9dpo (yesterday with an EDD of 1/2) and that is considered pretty early.

I believe it usually takes a few days after implantation for a positive test, but not sure exactly.

Hi Carrie! DPO means "Days Post Ovulation" right? I believe I o'd April 10 or 11. I'm new at keeping track of this, didn't pay much attention my last two pregnancies. If that's the case, then I guess I would be 10-11 DPO right? Well, since I bought a First Response with 3 tests (or was it 2?) then I will probably try tomorrow, just cuz, and then again on first day AF due.

Thanks for your input! Waiting is proving to be a challenge for me! Can't imagine how bad I would be had we been TTC!!! Good luck to you!
