So pretty much my whole adult life I would sometimes get "restless leg syndrome" right before AF would show. Not every month though. Well this whole week (pretty much as soon as I got my BFP) I have been experiencing it. It's so bothersome that I can't fall asleep. It's a very hard feeling to describe. My legs tingle and my joints hurt.....my legs feel like they want to run. I know that sounds so weird but that's the only way I can describe it. It just hope it ends soon because it's killing me. I guess I can try to take a tylenol, I never tried that before.

Well, thanks for letting me vent!!

That sounds really frustrating. Do you normally take anything for it? I know I have seen drug commercials for it?

No I never have because normally it only lasts 1-2 days. I have had it now for 5 days. I will definitely discuss it with my dr. when I see him but I am hoping that it's gone by then.

RLS is a very common occurrence during pregnancy, sadly! I get it now and then also. Definitely ask your Dr. because it may not go away during your pregnancy and they can tell you how to deal with it.

Dropping in from the March DDC, hope you dont mind...
I've had RLS for a long time...one thing that I found works wonders is getting a foam roller and rolling the inside/outside/top/bottom of your legs for about 10-15 minutes...its like a deep muscle massage on our legs...its all that helps when I have it...GL!!

PS-This is what it looks like:

thanks for the suggestion Tonya. I will definitely try that out. It is just the worst feeling in the world. My DH thinks I am crazy but it is so hard to describe to someone when they have never experienced it.

Thanks for the support ladies!!!
