i was craving chocolate cake but didn't have a mix or icing....then remembered that my mom had brought us some chocolate cupcakes a while back and they were in the freezer. voila! instant cake! and it was sooo yummy. (and messy)

Yum! There was some recipe my mom sent me in email for making a microwave chocolate cake in a coffee mug. I haven't done it but I bet it would be a great quick chocolate fix.

We do the cake in a mug ALL the time and it is so good. I will have to get the exact recipe but I am sure you can google it and you can find many recipes.
