Is it normal to have a day when I don't feel baby? I had been feeling lots of flutters but I don't recall feeling any today. However, I have been having a lot of emotional stress today so I guess its possible I didn't notice.

That's normal, especially this early . It was like that w/ my ds when I was around 19-20 weeks. I'd feel a lot of flutters/movements for days and days and then I'd feel nothing!

Me too. Lately it seems whenever I'd be still I would feel him, or at night. But today I didnt really notice any. Just a tightening on the right a few minutes ago, maybe baby turning over? I'm not too worried. I dont think you are supposed to start kick counts until like 26 weeks or so.

Yes it's very normal...I asked my doctor at my last appointment...I actually was just laying on the couch pusing on my stomach and my husband asked what I was doing...I don't recall feeling the baby for a couple of days and I got worried...But once I was laying down and pushing on my stomach I felt a few movements.

I woke up yesterday morning sick, and as of today I haven't felt the baby move half as much as I have been feeling him before. If you don't feel him/her tomorrow, then I might get alittle concerned.

Same thing with me until this past week or so. I would go a day or two without feeling anything at all. Now I at least feel it once or twice a day if not more.

I have just been sitting here worried about that very thing. I have been feeling the baby move off and on but this morning I haven't felt anything. I am 19 weeks now. I guess this is normal.

It's pretty normal to go a day or two without feeling it, or without feeling it as much, once you've felt it in this stage of the game.

If you're really starting to worry, try to schedule an appt with your doctor to have them listen to the heartbeat. It'll be reassuring for you.

I'm stressing about the same thing this morning and the rational portion of my brain says that its totally normal. The irrational portion of my brain is freaking out though. I had a pretty active weekend and I seem to feel the baby less when I've been moving a lot (which makes sense). My baby seems to be more active in the afternoon, so I'm hoping I get a little bump here or there later today.
