So, How will or are you planning to tell the rest of your family?

I thought about waiting until our first Ultrasound and then making copies of the pictures and sending them out in a card to the grandparents and uncles/aunts.

but..I just found out this morning,my doc doesnt schedule 1st prenatal appt till 8-10 weeks... With my other two pregnancies, I was able to get in the next few days (at aorund 3-5 weeks) but we live in a different area and the rules/precautions are different.

I don't think I can wait til the end of October to tell everyone....lol..

Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!

I am going to have family over, dress my son in a t shirt that has something to effect of "Big Brother" and turn him loose!

That is a great idea!!! When we got pregnant with our daughter. Our son was only 15 months old...I bought some of those iron on letters, and on the front of his onesie, I put "I'm gonna be" and on the back it said "A big Brother"

we took him to see the grandparents...it was hilarious!

I just called them on the phone. I had everything planned out, then DH lost his job Friday and so I told them about that. When we found out I was preggo Sunday, I just ended up calling them so they could tell me it was still going to be OK. Which, of course, they did....I just needed their support!

Love the big brother shirt idea! How cute!

As we have suffered a loss we will be waiting at least a few weeks to tell our families. They actually live abroad so we will probably send them something! Hopefully an ultrasound!
