Ok, So I live about 650 miles away from my mom. Her birthday happens to be today, so I spent a lot of time this morning picking out the perfect flower arrangement to be delivered to her at work. The arragement was beautiful, and it included a box of chocolate, a balloon, and a little teddy bear. All in all, the entire thing cost about 75 bucks because I paid to have it express shipped. Needless to say, when the time rolled around for my mom to call me all excited......nothing. So, I actually had to call her and ask if she received her gift yet. NOPE!! So, I called the place that I made the order with on line, and they directed me to the actual local flower shop in my moms area. I called, and the lady was VERY rude, and she just sounded like she had no idea what I was talking about?? Umm...HELLO.?? Then she's like "OH yeah, here's your order....ummm we rejected it around 1:00 because we didn't have the balloons, bear, or chocolate! Excuse me???? I placed my order at 10:30AM....why didn't they call me??? The lady said it was the other places fault, so of course, I call them. She pulled me up on the computer and began to tell me that the lady at the local flower shop didn't even reject my order UNTIL 2 minutes AFTER I had called them?? ***!! Ok, so now I'm really mad. I really don't care who's fault it is. If I placed my order at 10:30 in the morning, and you realize that you don't have the proper materials, someone can at least get a hold of me so I could place another order!! Now, it's obviously too late to order my mom anything! AND I won't get my money back for 7 days!! What a friggin rip off!!! Thanks for listening......I needed to get that out. My poor mom... she said it was OK, but I was really looking forward to suprising her!!
