Probably playtex drop-ins. I used the Gerber Transitions/Comfort Hold with my son and am heartbroken they have been discontinued due to BPA.

I'm thinking about trying Dr. Brown's this time around, but as I've said before - the baby may not take to them and I'll have to experiment like I did with my girls.

I have Dr. Brown's bottles I'll just use again for some bottles of expressed breastmilk. My first son would take a bottle but my second wouldn't, he preferred the boob. So we'll see if she'll take a bottle or not. It may be a moot point.

I used Dr. Browns and the bottles for my breast pump for storage but then I found out the Dr. Browns had BPA and stopped using them. I think this time I just plan on using the Medela bottles for everything.

I don't know yet, but probably good old-fashioned glass bottles.

I still have all of my playtex drop-ins bottle from DD, so I'll just be buying new nipples and liners. I also have Medela storage bottles for expressed milk. We are going to BF or pump and feed for as long as possible, but if my supply is pathetic due to hormones like last time, I'll have my bottles and formula ready to go!

Mams, my son never used bottles so we have a few of those. I have a feeling we won't use them this time either.

I'll have to look and see what I have. I'm sure that they probably aren't BPA free, since that stuff with the BPA came about after I had DD and she refused the bottle and would only take the bbs. If this one refuses a bottle too, I may not even need to worry.

I guess I'll be purchasing a few but no idea yet which (and you guys probably wouldn't have heard of them anyway given our very different products available on the supermarket shelves. Will be just my luck this baby is like ds and refuses pointblank to accept expressed milk from a bottle (no pacificer either. Nothing but the boob would do for that child! If he was hungry, he wanted the boob. He wanted soothing? Wanted the boob. In pain? Wanted the boob. Bored? Gimme boob. Seriously I expected him to be a 'boob man' but he's going into puberty now (almost 12) and he seems to like legs Go figure!)

I'm going to breast feed, but im going to try to bottle feed as well with pumped breastmilk. My son never took a bottle at all, but this time i want to be able to leave the baby with someone if i need to. I bought some glass bottles already because they were half price on sale. I feel better using glass instead of plastic anyhow so i figured it might as well by them while they were half price. forget what kind they are tho.

I'm hoping to EBF this time around, but pump so DH and the girls can help with feeds. I will probably use the playtex drop ins and the medela bottles for my pump again this time around.

I used Dr Brown's last time because Ds seemed gassy - not sure they helped...LOL & they were a PITA for washing - I hated them...but by then, that is the kind he was used to.
I also tried Second Nature & I want to warn anyone against buying them. Although Ds loved them & in theory I think they are very BF friendly they were cheaply made. They were expensive. Too expensive...and they were not easy to get ahold of replacement parts (such as nipples)...anyway - Ds got two bottles a day - that's it...and I started with two bottles, within 6 weeks both had completely ripped out in teh nipple...and I think it was closer to 4 weeks...that means they were used a total of maybe 20-30 times MAX each ( as I have weekends off) - and blew out - causing literally gagging & choking on the BM...not good. Also - after one riped out I thought perhaps my MIL had cut it since she had been telling me to put cereal in his bottles (I later felt bad for suspecting her). I KNOW that isnt' what happened because the other blew just shortly after.... I called the company repeatedly (as I was told was my only recourse) and all I could get was a machine (no matter which number i pushed0 and I never received a single call back. I think they are a ridiculous company frankly - making products for babies that aren't even necessarily safe and then won't return my calls...really. That's how they do business...
I am not sure what we will do this time. I think I want to try these bottles: Google Image Result for http://mamaknowsbreast.com/images/3%20stages%20no%20cover1.jpg although I plan to only use the low flow nipple 0 like I did with Ds...because frankly the breast doesn't' speed up as they age, the bottle doesn't need to either...it helps ensure they don't develop a preference for faster delivery.

Beck those Adiri bottles are great in theory and really pretty, but they leak like crazy. They are also really hard to heat breast milk in. I don't recommend them!

We used the first years Breastflow bottles. They worked out alright for the amount we used them. *shrug* The nipples collapse if they are tightened too much and they leak if they aren't tightened enough. But if you get the collar tightened just the right amount, they are pretty good.

going to have some playtex ones for sure but not the drop ins. I am also going to try breastfeeding but I also want to pump so that DH and others can feed the baby too and so I get a bit of a break.

Those First Years Breastflow bottles look pretty nifty! I have not seen those before, might have to check them out! Hoping to breastfeed this time but pump as well. As I said above I just figured on the playtex drop ins since those and the discontinued Gerber ones were the only ones my son would take. He could not latch onto the Avent or Dr. Browns properly. We went through so many brands before finding one that worked.
