Im guilty of this. The only way I can see someone being offended by the rubbing is if there jealous. I say this because when I was going through my baby fever I'd get really jealous when I saw a women rubbing her belly around me. Im like "okay I see your pregnant, now stop flaunting it in my face" But this was more of me fighting with my own little demons, nothing towards the pregnant momma.
Rub that tummy all you want! You deserve it and our bodies have worked really hard to get to this point. Ive noticed that Im almost constantly rubbing my belly now. I just love it so much!!!

She is just ridiculous! Rub your belly all you want!

As for the nursing in public, I was one that would sometimes cover and sometimes not. And I can honestly say that when I did NOT cover up it was less noticeable that I was nursing a baby then when I did cover up. Baby pretty much covers everything and you can arrange your clothes around everything as well.

I agree keep rubbing your belly. Do not let her stop you since she has her own opinions.
