would a cervical check make you have brown discharge? i had one today and i was prepared for blood but this doesnt seem like blood to me. its not very much, but my whole pregnancy its been either whitish or clear, so this is freaking me out a little.

could be small pieces of your plug. It can have old blood in it.

Brown prolly just means it's slightly older blood, normal if check wasdone early in day.

Totally normal! I had it EVERY TIME I had my cervix checked in my other pregnancies. I totally flipped the first time it happened. They didn't tell me that it could happen! As long as it's not bright red or a lot, don't worry.
