I don't know what's up with my ribs but they HURT. A lot. When I was pregnant with DD they hurt in one spot - my left side, kind of in the middle - and I just assumed that she had dug her feet in there and was cozy. I dealt with it. My Dr. said that I probably pulled something. But as soon as she was born, the feeling was gone. However, it's started again this time and I'm 99% sure that this baby's feet are not in that spot. All the kicks I get are on my right side. But the same spot in the middle of my ribs on the left side KILLS. Every night it just aches I thought it was that my bra was too tight, so I got some new bigger sports bras since I can't stand underwires right now - didn't help. I've tried to sit up straighter - nada. Heat - nothing. Tylenol - doesn't touch it. Every night I'm miserable. The only thing that seems to help even a little bit is slouching on the couch with a pillow between my arm and my side sort of hunched over to my left. But it still hurts even then.
I try not to complain very much because really, I don't have much to complain about. But this is painful and if it's going to last another 10 weeks, I'm going to lost my mind. It's already been coming and going for a few weeks as it is. I need to make a list for my next Dr. appointment so I don't forget to bring this up.
Is anyone else experiencing this at all? Or am I alone in my misery?
Hmmm...I am not experiencing anything to that extent but I get this weird twisting/pushing feeling right inbetween my 2 ribs a lot at night. I know my LO's feet are up there from the US I had last week so i figure that is what it is. Although I do wake up with my ribs feeling randomly sore sometimes.
Thank you MeganPixel for surprising me with this super cute siggy-you rock!
