I'm making fried pork chops I guess. It sounds good but I hate to fry stuff. It makes such a mess.

Ds wants Velveeta Shells and Cheese so I guess we're having that and some green beans.

What are you having?

I am making a chicken piccata and a warm salad made with fresh organic tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, Parmesan and baguette bread chunks.

I'm making spaghetti with homemade sauce (tomato based with ground beef and hot sausage). I already made 2 loaves of focaccia bread to go with it and will be making a green salad.

We went to a Japanese Steak House (today DH is officially out of the Marines!) and had fried rice, shrimp, chicken and veggies! Kinley LOVED the food, but the fire at the table kinda scared her! lol

Well, I feel like crap, DD is in a toddler eating hold-out and DH wasn't hungry.. sooo... nothing. I did make DD some chicken nuggets, she licked the ranch dressing off of one and drank all of her milk. Eh...

She did eat 2 hot dogs and an entire container of mandarin oranges for lunch, so... I can usually count on her to eat either lunch or dinner, but definitely not both! Breakfast takes about 3 hours to finish...

Leftover potato soup and crackers, but that was at 4:00 so not sure if that is considered dinner or just a predinner meal lol. I didn't feel much like eating dinner, but now I am regretting it cause now I am hungry.

Ditto! lol I usually let Kinley eat her cereal/waffles/cinnamon toast or whatever she's eating at her little table and watch cartoons while I eat and get online and catch up on emails and stuff! lol Kinley will never turn down a hot dog! And lately she will eat tons of cheese! lol I think she's picking up on my pregnancy habits lately!

Last night (when this question was posted) we had steak fingers, mashed potatoes and corn. Tonight we are having spaghetti or enchiladas.

Monday night: roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, bread with gravy over it, rolls, sweet tea and a layered dessert--angel food cake, vanilla pudding, cool whip and strawberries!

We will see how this turns out in about 15 minutes.

LOL!!! I haven't cooked in SOOO long!! And for 2 days last week all I ate was chili cheese dogs! LOL

We just got a new dining room table-which almost completes our new house-so I wanted to cook a nice dinner so we could use it! I usually never cook (DH works weird hours) but I'm going to try and be better about cooking! But boy am I stuffed now!
