Our precious son was born at (well, around at least) 7:40 this morning! My actual labor didn't start until 2:50, so it was pretty quick. My epidural stopped working right before the pushing was to start- very painful! I tore a little but I didn't really notice.
Our baby weighs 7lbs 12 oz, and is 20 inches long. No name yet! He finally just dozed off- he was very awake and alert for his first three hours. He loves sticking his tongue out really far, like a little lizard!! He also has been very chatty.

yahoo!! i am glad it went well, and didn't take too awful long! i feel your pain, mine were both natural, and i'm praying for an epidural and pain meds this time.
haven't looked at your photos yet, but am on my way now, and i know he's beautiful! hope you guys are home in no time.
