I don't know if these are BH or not, because they are more like those really deep menstrual cramps. They don't come on and off, they are constant and painful and deep.

Does anyone know what might cause these? Or what I can do, whether it is urgent or not?

If they aren't just every now and then but are more constant then you need to call your OB right away and get checked out, let us know!

yes I agree with Candi, strong, painful menstrual cramps are a reason to call your OB right away, whether they come and go or not!

Keep us posted!

I've actually had these for the last couple of days too...kind of off and on. I'll be curious to know what the doc says if you call them!

I've been really sore and crampy for the last few days, as well. I hope that it's nothing! KUP on what your ob says!

I've also been sore and crampy. I have an OB appt on Monday and I'm going to ask him then. Last week I had a day where I was having pretty bad mentrual type cramps and was told to go home and just rest. That seemed to help and I remember going for a walk the day before so I'm wondering if that had anythng to do with it. KUP!

How are you feeling now? I'd call the doc just to be sure.

thanks guys, i am reassured to hear that several of us are having the same symptoms.

i am feeling much better. the cramps went on for a few hours and then i just layed down and fell asleep for an hour or so, and woke up feeling much better. maybe it's just being run down, i was at the hospital earlier this week and maybe my body is still kinda recovering from that ordeal. who knows.

i will call my OB on monday and make an appt and il'l let you know what i find out.

in the meantime, i find tylenol is the best thing in the world. well that and heart shaped sugar cookies.

"Heart shaped sugar cookies." That cracked me up!! I just splurged on Oreos and milk (hence my sudden motivation to exercise, lol), so I can't say no to that one!

My cramps are still off-and-on, but I'm almost positive now that they're just gas and constipation-related. I tend to get pretty backed up lately (sorry tmi), meaning that, when I DO go, I only go in small amounts. Do you think you could be having the same problem?

You may be dehydrated. I would drink, drink, drink. I had bad cramps with my 1st pregnancy at 23 weeks and had to go to the hospital to get an IV.
Definitely call your doc if they come back though.. it's not something to mess around with.

I agree with the dehydration. Drink some water.

I had back cramps yesterday but then drank a ton of water and then felt 100x better
