Depends on where you're going to get them. If you were planning on Motherhood Maternity, I'd wait because you cannot return bras there.
Don't get anything with an underwire! I hated not having an underwire and feeling unfeminine. But anytime I was full or even close to engorged the pressure from the wire caused me to leak like crazy and also hurt.

All my nursing bras are by bravado. They have really high reviews and I like that they have some give so the sizes are in a "range", it's so much easier to find a good fit that way. I had this question too cause I just wasn't sure! But, I went into Motherhood Maternity and was told to get the size I am now, but to make sure I can fit at least2 fingers between the cup and my actual breast to account for growth due to milk coming in
