I want to buy a few but I'm trying to decide if I should buy them now or closer to labor. What size should I get? The size that I'm wearing now or a size up?

I would get the size you are wearing now, a basic sleep bra in your band size, and possibly 1 in a cup size bigger. Make sure they size you there though

Depends on where you're going to get them. If you were planning on Motherhood Maternity, I'd wait because you cannot return bras there.

Don't get anything with an underwire! I hated not having an underwire and feeling unfeminine. But anytime I was full or even close to engorged the pressure from the wire caused me to leak like crazy and also hurt.

All my nursing bras are by bravado. They have really high reviews and I like that they have some give so the sizes are in a "range", it's so much easier to find a good fit that way. Check it out Bravado! Designs - The Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra you can get them at target.com right now for cheaper, they are having a 25% off 75$ order + free shipping. I ordered a black and white one from there and got a good deal using that promo.

I had this question too cause I just wasn't sure! But, I went into Motherhood Maternity and was told to get the size I am now, but to make sure I can fit at least2 fingers between the cup and my actual breast to account for growth due to milk coming in
