my OB's office is right down the street from a DQ

Is it really so bad to have a milkshake for dinner?

def not!! I'm going to work tonight, so I'll most likely have a chocolate shake for dinner! lol

My pregnancy book says its ok to have spaghetti for breakfast and cereal for lunch...I don't see anything wrong with a milkshake for dinner! LOL

I was planning on baking cookies for dinner tonight but it was too cold and wet to get to the store this morning.

Only if you don't round it off with a vegetable, like their fried onion rings.

HAHA! I always justify milkshakes by saying, at least they're providing you with SOMEthing: calcium, milk-fat (good for baby's growth!), and some protein! (Unlike sodas!)

As long as you don't have milkshakes EVERY dinner, I think it's just fine!

Shannon - It was good, thanks I'm measuring right on track, I gained 1 lb in two weeks so I'm glad that my weight gain has leveled off, and Logan's hb was 147.
