I think it would be a good idea to post a daily food and exercise log. This way we can keep track of how much we're eating, drinking and exercising. I think that when you actually keep track of what you're doing, it really helps put things into perspective!

So... starting today, please share the below info with us! It doesn't matter if you haven't officially started your diet (or whatever you want to call it) yet. I certainly haven't started anything yet. But we have to start somewhere!

Breakfast:

Snack:

Lunch:

Snack:

Dinner:

Snack:

Water Intake:

Exercise:

Thoughts:

Feel free to fill it out and edit it through the day. Whatever works best!

Snack:

Lunch:

Snack: 2 small home-made ham sandwiches (just bread and lean ham)

Dinner:

Snack:

Water Intake: so not enough

Exercise: none

Thoughts: gotta get this under control!

Breakfast: Fiber One Oats & Caramel bar

Snack: One Hershey's kiss

Lunch: Leftover chicken fajita quesadillas from Chili's

Snack: Pretzels

Dinner:

Snack:

Water Intake
: about 16oz so far...filled up my jug

Exercise
: 15 or so minutes of The Firm 500 Calorie Burn workout. Would have done more, but Grace woke up. Also tried to go on a walk, but it was too cold out for Grace.

Thoughts: Not too bad so far today, I think. I'm on my own for supper tonight, so we'll see... Ready for warmer weather so I can get out and walk! Also need to get back to the gym. Going to keep doing WW online to keep me on track. Hopefully this helps, too!

Lunch: PB&J on wheat w/ small bag of Baked Doritos

Snack: Reduced sugar granola bar

Dinner: Marinated grilled chicken breast w/ asparagus roasted w/olive oil

Snack:

Water Intake: Zero! I've had a Coke Zero and a Diet Mtn Dew

Exercise: Oh please.

Breakfast: Honey Bunches of Oat with Almonds (and 2% milk).

Snack:

Lunch: Leftover skirt steak from dinner last night.

Snack: Fruit Rollup

Dinner: Pizza

Snack:

Water Intake: None! That is awful. I drank a large DD coffee for breakfast, and a couple Coke Zeros through out the day. I need to get WAY better about my water intake.

Exercise: haha... yeah, right.

Thoughts: I suck and obviously have not been conciously trying to lose weight at all. I need to get my butt in gear! I will make a better effort tomorrow, but probably won't start working out until I go back to work next week.

Breakfast: -----

Snack: 40 calorie snack size broccoli and cheese + 1 handful of cheerios

Lunch: -------

Snack: 80 calories Fiber One Key Lime yogurt + 1 handful of cheerios

Dinner: microwave mac & cheese

+ 3 unsalted crackers...they were expired, so I stopped and had a Fiber One cereal bar.

Water Intake: 8 oz

Exercise: I did some chores; vacuumed upstairs, cleaned our bathroom, and did laundry, but no real exercise yet as of 5:30 pm.

Thoughts: I need to stop skipping meals. Yesterday I did soooo horrible. I ate well all day except... I had an entire valentine's heart of chocolates all by myself...and it was one of the big kinds!!! 230 calories for 3 chocolates and there had to be atleast 12 in there. booooo. I have been jogging pretty consistently, but not been lifting weights and going to the gym. I am going to try and go to the gym Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and spend atleast 45 minutes doing things to improve my strength and build up muscle. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can stay dedicated and actually do it this time. I havent been to the gym since before I found out i was pregnant with Aleeya.

Just getting over a stomach bug. I've eaten 1 eggo waffle for breakfast, 2 eggo waffles for lunch and a Boost drink for dinner. I also drank about 64oz water.

No exercise. Today was the first solid food I've eaten since Friday.
