My sister and I discovered this yummy and easy pizza recipe and I just thought I'd share.
We found a pre-made whole wheat pizza dough at the grocery store. It can probably be found at like a Whole Foods or Fresh Market type of store. Roll out the dough, paint on olive oil, sprinkle on basil, oregano, pepper, a little salt, and mozzarella cheese. We also dice up and sprinkle on a clove of garlic. Then add whatever toppings you like. My sister likes black olives and we usually put grilled chicken on top, then bake in the oven at 450 for 10-12 minutes (cooking time is on the pizza dough). It's so good!

Ooooh, speaking of pizza, I like to cut up onions, zucchini, squash and broccoli mixed with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil, cook in oven to desired tenderness then top the pizza with those. The vegs can be made earlier in the day to save time in the evening.

Chili-Lime Drumsticks

16 drumsticks
Salt and Pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 clove garlic, chopped.
1 teaspoon sugar

Preheat over to 400. Rinse drumsticks, pat dry and season w/ salt and pepper. Place in a flat layer in 2 large baking pans.

Mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over drumsticks, turn them to coat. Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes. Remove foil, turn drumsticks, bake until through, 35 minutes, basting often with pan juices. Let rest for 10 minutes, then serve hot or let cool.

I love these....DH loves these...my kids love these!!!
