That's what I like about Weight Watchers...they actually adjust the plan for breastfeeding mothers to account for the increased caloric intake necessary to maintain milk supply. And they never recommend losing more than 2 lbs per week...preferably 1lb per week for those breastfeeding.

My ideal weight is about 155...but that can be a little hard for me to maintain...though it is still my ultimate goal. That would equal a size 10 in jeans for me. I am currently too big for my size 14 jeans but the 16's that I have are a little big.
Pre-preggo weight: 160
Day I delivered weight: 210 (ouch!)
Current weight: 175
(I am 5'10)
I would like to fit in a fitness walk 3-4 times a week and do yoga at home 2-3 times a week.
I also need to: stop eating when I am full and not eat out of boredom...
drink more water...
make healthier choices, more veggies, less carbs/processed foods.
My biggest challenge will be when I go back to work. We get catered lunches every day that always include some sort of dessert. Since I am usually at work for 12 hours at a time, I find myself eating WAY TOO MUCH there---usually because I am bored or because the sweets totally call my name.
My whole body feels like a bowl full of jelly and I would like to be somewhat toned by summer----we take the kids swimming ALOT and I would like to feel comfortable with the rest of the "country club moms".
