Breakfast: Fiber One bar

Snack:

Lunch: Healthy Choice Chicken & Rice soup

Snack: Jello 60 calorie caramel mousse; pretzels

Dinner:

Snack:

Water Intake: 3 8-oz glasses so far

Exercise: uh...sweeping, cleaning kitchen, laundry, picking up clutter...

Snack:

Lunch:

Snack: handful of baby carrots

Dinner: spinach ravilol and cous cous,,,probably way too much..pumpkin pudding for dessert

Breakfast: Fiber One bar

Snack:

Lunch: cottage cheese

Snack: broccoli and cheese snack; 3 handfuls of cheerios

Dinner: mixed veggies with three corn tortillas

Snack: 4 raisinettes

Water Intake: 12 oz at 8 am, 12 oz at 12 pm

Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill/ 2.56 miles/401 calories burned

Thoughts: I didn't do horribly today, but definately not as good as yesterday.

Breakfast: Cup of coffee with cream and sugar and a banana
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 3 bread sticks, a cheese string and another banana (yes, I could eat a zillion bananas)
Snack: 8 triscuits with melted cheese and a yogurt
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, baby carrots, corn and a little mashed potato
Snack: probably not

Water Intake: 4 bottles... ugh must force down 2 more
Exercise: um, no.

Thoughts: Awful, awful morning... but it got better. I did buy a little stair stepper that won't take up too much room in my apartment so at least I can get a little workout here and there - even 10 minutes at a time would be helpful. I really think tomorrow I may feel well enough to get out for a run... today Dave is still feeling rough and Kodi seems to need extra attention so he may still be feeling under the weather. Kai, on the other hand, is a normal ~4 year old who needs lots of stimulation. Hard to find any time to myself. I just want Kodi to nap alone so I can clean my bathroom and fold my laundry *sigh*

Lunch: 2 yeast roll ham sandwiches

Snack:

Dinner: corriander broiled porkchop, wild rice, brussell sprouts

Snack: none

Water Intake:
8 20oz glasses or more

Exercise: hopefully gonna add 30mins on the elliptical in a bit

Thoughts: I thought I did bad today until I looked at this...why the heck was I thinking that??
