Breakfast: fiber one bar

Snack:

Lunch: cottage cheese and a few mushrooms

Snack:

Dinner: pasta salad (fiber pasta!)

Snack: a bowl of honey bunches of oats; no milk

Water Intake: 16 oz

Exercise: walked 1 mile on the treadmill; walked 1 mile on the treadmill, jogged 4.55 miles (burned 721 calories)

Thoughts: I did okay today. I am going to take a day off from jogging tomorrow, to get ready for the 5k on Saturday morning. I am nervous about it, because I tend not to push myself as hard when other people are around. I dont know why I do that, but I do so much better when I'm on my own.

Breakfast: plain oatmeal with peanut butter and granola mixed in

Snack: vanilla latte

Lunch: bowl of Oatmeal Squares cereal with skim milk, handful red grapes

Snack: snack size bag of Cheez-Its

Dinner: chicken enchilada bake/green beans

Snack:

Water Intake: not enough!

Exercise: none

Breakfast: Coffee with cream & sugar and a bowl of Cheerios with milk & a banana
Snack: A slice of a danish
Lunch: BLT sandwich on whole wheat toast and 3 doughnut holes
Snack: 8 pecan halves, 4 dried apricots and 4 prunes
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, broccoli, baby carrots, mashed potatoes
Snack: 4 crackers with peanut butter, cheese string, glass of milk

Water Intake: 5 bottles
Exercise: Walked at varying speeds (easy-moderate) for about an hour

Thoughts: I should NEVER eat that much dried fruit again. Ow.

Breakfast: Nature Valley granola bar

Snack: none

Lunch: 2 slices ham, Tbsp pnut butter

Snack: 8 Junior Mints

Dinner: 3 slices Dominos pizza

Snack: none

Water Intake: 8 20oz glasses

Exercise: 15mins on the elliptical

Thoughts: The elliptical was a SUICIDE mission!!! I did it with Jax strapped to me and it had resistance intervals and I SERIOUSLY thought I was going to die! I had to stoop twice because my HR was over 200 Sooooo not gonna use those resistance intervals again for quite a while!
