Anyone use this? I'm going to use the loseit iPhone app to track my calories. You can add friends for motivation. Let me know if you choose to use it.

I use sparkpeople.com and I really like it. I'll check out your website, but I don't have an iPhone so yeah

I used to use sparkpeople.com. I really liked that you could track intake of certain things, like fiber, or folic acid, etc., in addition to calories. It had lots of good articles & such, too. I haven't been there in forever, though. I've been keeping track with weight watchers online.

I've heard great things about sparkpeople. Lose It will allow nutrient tracking if you enable it. I'm just tracking macronutrients.

Rachel, what calorie target do you get from sparkpeople? Lose It is giving me a goal of almost 2200/day for me to lose 1/2 lb per week (I'm bfing on top of that).

I've been using weight watchers too. They now have an app for the iPhone which is really handy.
