Thoughts:

Breakfast: Boost Drink
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on sprouted grain bread, grape tomatoes, blueberries and raspberries
Snack: Hard boiled egg, baby carrots, plum, coffee with cream & sugar
Dinner: Whole wheat rotini with tomato basil sauce, chicken breast, apple juice mixed with water
Snack: Glass of wine

Water: 3 bottles
Exercise: 15 minutes on my new stair stepper = ~100cal burned

Thoughts: Just when I was about to go out the door for a run, Kodi woke up crying. Boooo. I'm loving reading Master Your Metabolism (Jillian Michaels) - all about getting rid of toxins and artificial hormones and adding in good foods. Basically about going to a diet that either "Had a mother or grew from the ground". Great concept. Over the coming weeks/months I'm going to try and make a total shift away from anything processed or packaged.

Breakfast: bowl Oatmeal Squares cereal with skim milk

Snack: iced coffee with milk

Lunch: peanut butter sandwich on wheat, few pita chips with hummus, applesauce

Snack:

Dinner: Amy's Organic lasagna, handful red grapes

Snack: more cereal

Water Intake: as usual, not enough!

Exercise:

Thoughts: I resisted the urge to get a pastry from Starbucks today.

Breakfast: fiber one bar

Lunch: cottage cheese + some mushrooms

Snack: mixed veggies (100 calories)

Exercise: ran outside for 20 minutes (no idea on the distance)

Thoughts: I was going to take the day off from running, but I started to get nervous since I have only been jogging on the treadmill, and the 5k tomorrow is outside. I figured it'll be about the same temperature outside in the morning as it is this evening..(around 40 degrees) so I tried jogging around my neighborhood for a little bit. At first it was way more difficult. I thought "holy hell, what did I get myself into?" but after the first 5 minutes it was fine, except for the fact that my ears were freezing. I did 20 minutes, but I probably could have kept going. I want to save my energy for tomorrow.

Oh and I am super motivated now, because I tried on pants that were difficult to button and zip a couple weeks ago, and they fit just fine now, no struggling to get into them.

Breakfast: 2 poptarts

Lunch: 3 slices pizza

Snack: none

Dinner: fried chicken, lima beans, fried green tomatoes, corn muffin, and peach cobbler

Snack: none

Water Intake: 8 20oz glasses

Exercise: none

Thoughts: When I did my morning pumping I only got back AN OUNCE!!! So, I totally did not diet at all yesterday as you can tell - and that dinner was AWESOME!!! I am a lil psyched though - I bought a huge box of size 14 clothes off of ebay 2 weeks ago and now they are way too big! It sucks I'm out $300 but maybe I can resell them...
