I freaked out with my first pregnancy because I had AF like cramping. Well it lasted for the first 8 weeks and it's started again this time. It's so stressful

I agree - it's definitely stressful! I have it on and off, sometimes worse then others. I'm trying not to panic since it isn't a constant thing. I might ask my doctor when they call back with the results of my blood work though!

*raises hand*
I hope that it's just our bodies prepping for baby... I do feel better knowing that other people have it and especially that you had it last time and got a baby girl !!

I have had a little bit today and even though I have read over and over again that it is normal, this being my first pregnancy, I still find it unnerving. I am fighting the urge to go buy another test just to make sure. lol! I have already taken 5!!!

I think it's just the uterus stretching from what I was told last time but at times it's awful It's definitely not mentioned in any baby books that's for sure!

I had (sometimes intense) menstrual like cramping with my first two pregnancies. I had a little last week, but I haven't really since I got my BFP, but I believe it's because it's my 3rd pregnancy. It's just stretching!

Same here! Pretty much have it off and on every day -- it's what made me go in and take an HPT the day I got my BFP cuz I found it odd to have cramps a week before AF was due. But I've had absolutely no spotting or anything, so I'm assuming it's "good" cramping (pppfffftttt! never thought I'd say cramps are good! ).
Still makes me nervous, but since all you ladies are feeling it too, I won't stress/worry too much anymore!

I am lurking here, due at the end of October . To me it makes me feel better b/c I had it with my m/c this summer and it stopped about 3 days before i started bleeding. So with this one, i like to feel it though it has lightened up some, it isn't really like cramping but more like pains...i like to think of it like the baby is moving around and getting snuggley (thought that's not "really" what is happening)...still makes me feel better!

Yes! I have had cramps since 4 days before af was due-swore she was coming. But now I have tons of on and off of cramps but a lot of more gasy sharp cramps. I am okay with it as long as I have symptoms so that I know I am still preggers.

Haha.....I'd like to add myself to the cramp club lol. They started about 4 or 5 days ago and I was like...AF already? But bought a test today and nope...it's my lil bean growing The cramps are tough though....hoping they go away soon.

Yeah, I have them on and off through the day. It's pretty normal so try not to worry Baby's getting all comfy cozy in there

I usually have some very mild cramping as well. Its so funny because my pregnancy symptoms are always exactly like AF symptoms, so I never know what's going on!
