I am officially joining you girls

Last time I checked at my 6 wk PP I was 160, My goal weight is 145, and my ideal weight is 135.

Here's my problem, I go to school tues-sat, we get an hour for lunch whenever we can grab it in between clients so most of us just grab fast food & go. I need ideas for things I can make to take to lunch w/me & also what to eat for breakfast bc Ive never really eaten any breakfast.

Thanks girls!!

You don't have to ask, yes we know what causes it, and since you're asking and dont, google might be a nice place to start.

Best lunch is a sandwich on high fiber bread with lettuce and tomato ( or other veggie) and lean meat, tuna or egg. Add a piece of fruit, a yogurt and some water and you're golden.

Breakfast ideas:
oatmeal, cereal with milk or toast with cottage cheese or cream cheese or natural peanut butter with a piece of fruit and a glass of milk. Ot it's really simple to make a breakfast sandwich with an egg, lean ham and cheese ( if you like) on an English muffin or high fiber bagel or toast.

For breakfast I got the high fiber English muffins (Brand is Thomas- I get them at Sam's) They have 100 calories each and 8 grams of fiber. I throw on a tbsp of nutella which is a little high in sugar but also has fiber. Easy to eat on the run.

If you can microwave lunch- one of my favorites is a small baked potato with a couple of Tbsp of fat free ranch and about an ounce of reduced fat cheese. Yummy and filling.
