Breakfast: toast w/ cheese, ff yogurt, water
Snack: oatmeal and water
Lunch: leftover chicken burrito mix (no tortilla shells though) w/ cheese, crackers, and sf pudding
Snack: veggies w/ light ranch and water
Dinner: going out to eat with my mom and her bf
breakfast.....fiber one english muffin with PB
snack......probably a s/f pudding and maybe some blueberries
snack.....not sure? maybe a low carb granola bar
dinner.....definately getting the tuna sub tonight! I didn't end up getting one yesterday LOL
snack....PB and graham crackers (for whatever reason when I eat this snack before bed my fasting #s are the best so I am gonna stick with it and it's yummy )
Breakfast: Reese's peanut butter puffs
Snack: bagel and grapes
Lunch: Healthy Choice Gourmet bowl (sweet sesame chicken)
Snack: rice pudding and cheddar Crispy Minis
Supper: not sure, maybe the kabobs we didn't end up having yesterday
Snack: chips and dip maybe
Edit: I forgot my supervisor brings donuts every second Friday. So I just ate one of those for my morning snack.
