Is anyone else experiencing bad groin pain? It feels like I've been riding a horse or something, it's so sore in the groin area. It's been like that for the last few days, and it hurt to sit or to walk. I was just wondering if anyone else is getting this sort of pain?

Plus my varicose veins are hurting really bad, I have a big one behind my left knee and it just throbs most of the time, and again it's only been the last few days aswell, although it's worse when I either sit for too long or walk for too long... Anyone else going through this too, and if so, what are you doing to help the uncomfortable pain for both the groin pain or varicose veins??

I am currently taking magnesium tablets for the cramping in my calve muscles that I get at night, so I don't know if that has anything to do with the pain with my varicose veins. I do have another appt with my OB on the 18th March and an appt with my Chiropractor on 17th March, so I will ask them both, what's going on!!! I'm just curious if anyone else is going through this sort of pain aswell..

I had the really bad groin pain with both DS and DD but not this time so far (fingers crossed that it stays that way). It really felt like my pelvis was being ripped apart and it wasn't pleasant at all. Unfortunately, I never found a way to relieve the pain. I just had to put up with it. Sorry I am no help at all. I just wanted you to know that I know what you are going through.

Whenever I have groin pain I sort of associate it with kegels. It seems if I do more kegels I get less pain all over down there, groin, vagina, etc.

O/T, when I was just in our due date buddy thread I was so excited to see you were green, I like being on at the same time as you

the groin pain - yes.... particularly after I've been sitting at the computer chair for any decent amount of time.

If your groin pain gets really bad, talk to your doctor about it

I feel like I'm swollen "down there"...especially in the front. its painful but I'm guessing there is not much I can do about it.
I also am having vein problems. Last time my veins got a lot worse. I even had a varicose vein in my va-jaja! It was embarrassing! I don't think my spider veins will go away!

Thanks ladies, I thought I was the only one. I never had the groin pain with my first pregnancy, although I did suffer with my varicose veins & spider veins which sucked. Hopefully, when I'm done with having kids I can get them removed and zapped....

Christine, I will try the Kegels and see if that helps. I'm actually not too bad today, but yesterday was horrible....
