Snack: oatmeal and water
Lunch: tuna w/ cheese, salad w/ light ranch, sf pudding
Snack: carrots and water
Dinner: hot dogs and a salad w/ light ranch

I am going to try this menu planning thing for one week. I am on the verge of gaining too much weight and I need to chill on the overeating.

Breakfast-Cereal
Snack- Veggies and dip
Lunch Sandwich, chips, yogurt
Snack- popcorn(cooked on stove-no butter)
Dinner-Curry Chicken with rice and veggies
Snack ?

I hope I can stick to it!

B: Oatmeal, 2 strips of fat free turkey bacon, half a bagel

L: Rice, salsa & chicken bowl thingy (pretty good...but pretty spicy)

Snack: Peanut Butter sandwich & a granola bar a couple hours later

D: Turkey sandwich & chips & salsa


Candace, I predict you getting REALLY sick of fat free yogurt, sugar free pudding and light ranch after the baby is here! lol. Just teaasssiinnnggg
