Last night I woke up when DH came to bed and I was so stiff and sore in my joints I was nearly in tears! Has anyone else had this happen? I didn't do much yesterday, I did cook all day, but I made sure to rest often and I even took a nap. I feel like I'm falling apart.....

My OB actually mentioned to me that when you are pregnant your joints loosen, so they can expand or whatever. So it may be a result of that. I have a spot on my back that will start to ache and I asked if I could soak in epsom salt and he said that was fine.

My hips have been horrible. All my joints have been sore to some degree or other, but my hips have nearly made me cry at times.

totally. i worked 12 hours both saturday and sunday night and when i got home sunday we tried to watch a movie on the couch, but every position i sat or laid down in made me even more miserable than the last, my back was killing me. it resulted in taking some tylenol pm and going to bed before the movie was over.

Not so far this pgcy, but last time, definitely! When you're pregnant, your joints get extra fluid in them making them sore, my OB told me. That's why rings don't fit over the knuckles sometimes, too. Drink lots of fluids, sometimes that helps!

Yes yes and yes. Especially days where I've "overdone" it. I have started to learn to just lay down but then I get antsy too so it's kind of a no win situation. lol

Thank you Kellarazzi for my siggie!!
