Ok, shaving my legs is not the easiest thing anymore. For one, I can't reach my stupid ankles, and for two bending over trying is actually quite painful.
I can't use nair or veet because I am allergic.
I can't get them waxed because I'll bruise.
I shaved my legs last week I want to say. Maybe 2 weeks ago.
And they are a little prickly. DH went to go rub my leg upward and stops and just goes "oh..." and proceeds to rub my leg downward instead.

I then had instant tears and was like I'm sorry I cant' shave my legs all the time but you don't have to make comments like that. It makes me self conscious and makes me feel like crap.

Men.... and hormones....

DH won't touch my legs if I have the slightest stubble. He doesn't feel bad about petting other areas that grow hair though.

Dh just assumes my legs are hairy. When I do shave he's like "OHHH what's the occasion?" I can shave my legs and a few hours later they have stubble. I am just a beast I guess. lol

If I get goosebumps after shaving my legs I will get stubble...
I hate being a girl sometimes.

I could barely shave my legs the other day too. My baby bump was soooo in the way (but that is okay). I'm sorry your DH was making you feel bad. HUGS!

He didn't mean to.
I explained to him that most things he says will probably upset me and its a lose lose situation. He said he would try and be careful and not making any stupid comments...
He freaks when he sees the tears.

LOL what a sweet hear you have on your hands. I'm so much of a cry baby my DH actually gets annoyed when I cry. If he was home, he'd be in the hospital cos I know how he gets and I cry toooo much now a days.

However I don't grow hair on my legs... hormones? IDK, I didn't when I was pregnant with DD and I'm not now. My hair doesn't grow fast anyways and it's super light on my legs despite it being super dark... other places.

The hair on my legs and pits grows crazy fast now that I am pregnant. I seriously need to shave everyday (although I dont). I do find though that shaving my legs in the bath is way easier than shaving in the shower now a days.

lol hormones are just part of it! LOL and it's okay, at least you can't style the hair on your legs... you're doing good if it's just stubble!

I have trained my DH to not expect me to shave all the time. He gets excited when I do, pregnant or not. In the winter, I just don't do it. (Maybe once a month.) It just doesn't bother me. DH would rather have hairy leg sex than no sex so he learned to deal with it.

I'm so sorry...Men sometimes just don't have a filter...my DH was making fun of me for getting winded putting my socks on...it's not so easy anymore to get my leg up there, and getting the sock on, it sucks...I can tell you that he only made fun of me once though.

My husband now knows better than to say "you just ate" because he used to get his head bitten off, lol. We still laugh about my hunger together though.

As for the shaving, well, I can see how it could be very difficult. Luckily I still wax so I don't have to deal with that.

From a BTDT mom the easiest way to shave is to sit on the side of the tub and spread your legs and let the bump kinda fall between when you bend. As for the lady parts you just have to pray I got done with mine the other day and went to look in the mirror and I missed a tun!
