I'm still seeing the high risk OB so they can monitor the baby and continue to look for signs of T-18 (I opted not to do an amnio). Today's test was the Echocardiogram and baby passed with flying colors. They said her heart looked great and that her growth was good. I'm scheduled for one last ultrasound in 8 weeks to judge the growth again. If things are still normal, then we are finally done with all this T-18 nonsense.
The doctor asked me if she kicks much and I told him no, she really doesn't kick much at all and that she seems to just sleep in the same position all the time. He got to experience that firsthand, because after an hour of prodding and trying to get her to move, he could not get her to budge from her original position. She's always in the same difficult position every time we go in for an ultrasound. He said there was nothing wrong with her, she's just a comfortable baby.
Here's her little face shot from today.
