Ok so I thought I had sciatic with my boys. I even had physical therapy for it with my first! BUT I don't think I knew what it was till the other night! I all of a sudden has a cramp like a calf charlie horse that went from my lower back, though my butt, completely down my leg and into my foot!! It was awful and I almost cried! I could hardly stand much less walk! It lasted about twenty minutes and then went away. I'm worried it's going to happen when I'm out with the kids or at clinical! Anyone have any experience with this type of sciatic pain? I just am hoping I'm not alone so I know its still normal and not signs of a problem!
I had that kind of pain with DD - it was bad I couldn't walk - DH had to carry me -- my old ob-gyn suggested that the next time it happened to get on all fours and let the baby drop from your nerve and you should regain feeling in your leg and the pain should subside. So sorry you have to go thru this! it's a horrible thing to go thru!
