where I can find a website/book/etc to see what the safest rated products are? I need to get my 4 yr old a booster seat for the car but want it to be the safest one, and I also need to check to see if any of my son's stuff that I'm going to use for my daughter has been recalled at all . . .

Any ideas??

Thanks in advance!!

You should come join us on the carseat safety board here on JM

4 years AND 40 lbs is the bare minimum children should be put into a booster, but many children aren't ready until they are closer to 5/6 years of age.

I would definitely say they have got to have some good info on the carseat safety board.
I honestly didn't know 40 lbs was the bare minimum but I'm not close to there yet lol

Thanks ladies!! I posted on the Car Seat Safety board!! Carter is 31lbs and 40" tall. So, he's at the limit for height but no where near the limit for weight. So . . . not sure what to do! Thanks ladies!!
