I'm down another pound
Trying to be good, but I think even though I have 'cheated' because I'm making better choices for everything else it's not hurting me.- Example I made Vietnamese spring rolls for dinner last night which are very light and healthy, but then we got frozen custard at Culver's, but I also only ate half of a small concrete (the small is still pretty big!) But it was chocolate custard with marshmallow creme and cherries mixed in- so like a chocolate covered cherry!

Down about 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Not what my goal was, but I had surgery last week, so there was no exercise going on. Portion control and watching what I eat works, I guess

I'm down 6 lbs, YAY!!

It's due to me being sick all last week, but still YAY! LOL.

So from 163 to 157.

7 lbs from my first goal.
17 lbs from my second goal.
22 lbs from my ultimate goal.
