As I posted earlier today I had my first appt and it didn't go as expected. They did bloodwork and I can call tomorrow to see exactly what my hcg level was..does anyone know what normal would be for this time of pregnancy? Hopefully it doubles within 48 hours...

Hi.. I don't have any experience with this but I did a search and I found this on americanpregnancý.org's website:
Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)—The Pregnancy Hormone : American Pregnancy Association

Guideline to hCG levels during pregnancy:
hCG levels in weeks from LMP (gestational age)* :

3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: <5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal females: <9.5 mIU/ml
* These numbers are just a GUIDELINE-- every woman’s level of hCG can rise differently. It is not necessarily the level that matters but rather the change in the level.

I really hope everything turns out fine!

You can also check betabase.info to see the range of beta values for each dpo.

I have never had a quantitative blood test, so I don't know what normal. I did find this link for you.

THanks so much again...the nurse called back and said that my level from yesterday was 3,267. I go back in for another blood draw tomorrow morning and will have the results early Friday. Thanks for the support!

At 17 dpo I was just over 1,100 - which was 4w3d I believe. My levels were high...which makes me think a) I implanted early, b) FF was wrong and I actually ovulated 2-3 days earlier, b) MY DREAM: TWINS!!! U/S tomorrow!

Good Luck Hun! I am obsessed with HCG levels, so please KUP!
